The Vermont Council on World Affairs brings a diversity of exciting and stimulating programs to Vermonters.

Our programs include bringing world-class speakers to our doorstep to talk about today's important issues, hosting discussion groups on U.S. foreign policy issues, and bringing visitors to Vermont from around the globe to promote international understanding.

Burlington's Sister City Yaroslavl (Russia) celebrates 1000 years in 2010!

The VCWA and the Burlington-Yaroslavl Sister City Program will be hosting an Open World group from Yaroslavl from December 5-11, 2010.
