IVLP: China and Strategic Competition in the Indo-Pacific

This project advances United States priorities of promoting fairness, reciprocity, and U.S. leadership in the Indo-Pacific by fostering collaboration among allies to counter harmful activities led by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Through targeted dialogue, government officials, elected officials, think tank experts, and academics in security and economics will explore strategies to address CCP economic coercion, propaganda, and influence operations, while reinforcing a shared commitment to a free and open Indo-Pacific. The program will emphasize methods to build resilience against CCP tactics, including tools to deter economic manipulation and promote fair economic practices.
