The project will bring newly hired data analysts and subject matter experts at Pakistan’s National Counter-Terrorism Authority to learn effective research and interagency coordination strategies from open-source “fusion centers” at the federal, state, and local government levels, as well as private organizations in the United States that counter violent extremist narratives online.
