This project promotes American prosperity with a focus on the role of higher education institutions, their workforce development, and educational opportunities. Participants will explore how U.S. higher education institutions deploy integrated and interdisciplinary STEM-based approaches to learning and skill development. This effort will help prepare workers for a stronger U.S. economy with transdisciplinary learning, STEM literacy, and a mindset that embraces innovation and entrepreneurship.  The participants will look at how various stakeholders, including policymakers across all levels of government, seek to promote participation in careers in cutting edge and emerging technologies.
