IVLP-Climate Change Impact on Egypt's Water Scarcity


This project will help accelerating climate adaptation in Africa and support efforts to work in collaboration with other nations and experts to address the impact of climate change, its nexus with adaptation, and water scarcity. This program will explore the legal, political, and regulatory environment that facilitates water negotiations in the United States. Meetings will include technical experts that work on transboundary water resource management, adaptation, and climate change, as well as policymakers and civil society organizations that work on transboundary water management negotiations and its environmental and economic impacts. This project will illustrate the value of transboundary cooperation to prevent water scarcity that affects the environment and economies.
