About the event
Join us for our Annual Meeting on Wednesday, December 2nd!
The VCWA board meeting will be from 4:30 - 5:30 pm. During this meeting, we will celebrate our 2026 accomplishments.
All current VCWA members are welcome to attend the board meeting, if you are unsure of your membership status, please email jenna@vcwa.org.
After the meeting, please join us for a reception at 5:30 pm where we will celebrate another great year of citizen diplomacy and cross-cultural connections and kick off the holiday season.

A silent auction
Food and drink
