Step into a warm, festive evening at Hotel Vermont as we gather with members, partners, supporters, and friends to celebrate a year of global engagement and cross-cultural connections.
The Annual Meeting & Winter Celebration is one of the VCWA’s most cherished traditions - a night where conversations flow easily, familiar faces reconnect, new friendships spark, and our shared commitment to global citizenship comes to life. As the year winds down, this event offers a welcoming space to reflect on our shared accomplishments and get excited about what's ahead.
The VCWA Board Meeting will take place from 4:30–5:30 PM. All new and longstanding members of the VCWA are encouraged to attend. If you’re unsure of your membership status, please email samantha@vcwa.org
After the meeting, join us at 5:30 PM for a festive reception as we celebrate the close of the year and kick off the holiday season.
The Reception Will Feature:
Recognition and words from 802 Diplomats
A silent auction featuring unique items, local experiences, and generous donations from business and organizations across Vermont
Food, drink, and great conversation
A sneak peek at this year’s contributors to the Silent Auction:
Vermont Green FC, Honey Road, Shelburne Farms, Vermont Huts Association, Jay Peak, and Farmhouse Pottery
The event is FREE for all; however, registration is limited and required
