This project makes America more prosperous by strengthening regional partnerships that act as a counter-weight to China's influence in the region. The program will focus on the economic resilience and independence of the Mekong River Region through exploring the culture of entrepreneurship in the United States as well as the policies, legislation, and private-sector support for small business development. Participants will examine U.S. efforts to help new entrepreneurs overcome social and financial hurdles through leadership development, job creation, marketing, education, access to capital, and innovations that encourage entrepreneurship.
