IVLP - Fentanyl and Protecting Public Health

This project will make America stronger and more secure by addressing the public health threat of fentanyl and other synthetic opioids in American communities. Participants will learn about best practices in managing this threat, including prevention and rehab. They will learn how Americans use public information campaigns, strong community networks, medical preparedness, and cutting-edge technology to stop the flow of fentanyl and its precursor chemicals into the United States. They will also learn about the role of law enforcement in the prevention of fentanyl trafficking and recovery of substances on illicit markets.
